Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods
We proudly partner with both UPS® and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to provide reliable domestic and international shipping services, offering the following options:
- First Class International
- Priority Mail
- Express Mail
- Global Priority Mail
For international shipments, we also offer UPS® Global services to ensure dependable delivery. Most shipping options include tracking and delivery confirmation to keep you informed every step of the way.
Shipping Schedule
Our regular shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking Information
- Tracking Availability: Provided for most shipping options except First Class International Mail.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details when your shipping label is created.
(Note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the USPS system.)
Shipping Terms
- Accurate Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. Additional fees may apply for re-shipment.
- Shipping Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by weather or other uncontrollable events.
- Holiday Shipping: For timely delivery during the holiday season, we recommend placing orders by the second Tuesday of December. For non-expedited shipping, order 8–10 business days in advance of your event or holiday.
RUSH Order Service
Need your order processed faster? For an additional $15.95 (U.S.), our RUSH Order Service prioritizes your order in our queue.

Terms of RUSH Orders:
- Orders must be placed by phone (920-832-0094) before 2 PM CST.
- RUSH orders are processed the same day if placed on business days.
- Subject to product availability.
- RUSH fees are in addition to regular shipping charges.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While rare, damages or losses during transit can occur. Here's how we handle such cases:
Lost Shipments:
- Be Patient: Shipments may occasionally be delayed but often arrive later than expected.
- Express Shipping: If Express Mail was used, we’ll apply for credit with USPS and refund it upon approval.
- Reordering: Place a new order with a discounted price (plus shipping). If the original order arrives, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged Shipments:
- Salvage any usable parts of the shipment.
- Place a new order to replace the damaged items, which we’ll provide at a discount (plus shipping).
Eco-Friendly Shipping

We’re committed to reducing waste by:
- Repurposing Packaging: Whenever possible, we reuse corrugated boxes and plastic materials from our vendors to minimize landfill contributions.

Sustainable USPS Packaging: Most USPS shipping materials we use are Cradle to Cradle Certified, ensuring environmentally intelligent design.
